"Nice delivery crew, but they ran late"
I had a decent experience overall. The delivery guys ended up arriving later than I was expecting, and I wish there had been a little better communication about the delay. But once they got to my place, they were polite, professional, and respectful. They brought in my furniture carefully, didn’t leave any mess behind, and handled everything just fine. The lateness was frustrating, but the crew themselves were great.

"Pickup was actually reliable"
I’ll admit I usually stick with my usual go-to service, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching it up this time. But the pickup came when they said it would, and the whole thing was easy. Kind of made me question my loyalty a little

The furniture itself was totally fine, so I didn’t expect the cancellation part to be such a headache. But dealing with Cort support left me feeling frustrated. I had to reach out more than once, and each time it felt like no one was really clear on what was happening. It dragged on longer than it should have, and then I kept getting confusing emails afterward, which just made me worry it still wasn’t fully handled. I wouldn’t say they’re a terrible company, but the whole cancellation process really needs to be simpler and less stressful

I rented furniture from CORT and, the fees were easy to follow. They showed the delivery, pickup, and monthly costs before I paid, which I really appreciated because there weren’t any major surprises later. A couple of smaller charges could’ve been explained a little better, but customer service was helpful when I reached out. Overall, I had a good experience and it felt more upfront than some other options I checked out.

"Deposit refund took way too long"
The furniture itself was totally fine, but getting my deposit back was such a hassle. They made it sound like the refund would be handled quickly, but that definitely didn’t happen. I had to chase them more than once, and every time I asked, the answers were vague or different. It felt like they kept promising it would be sorted soon, then nothing happened. Really frustrating experience just to get my own money back.

I used cort.com to check out some furniture options and it was simple overall. The pages loaded without any issues, and the filters made it easier to narrow things down. A few items didnt have as much detail as I wouldve liked, but I wasnt confused using the site. It was a good experience, just not totally perfect.

"Pretty basic stuff for the price"
I went in expecting to find something decent, but the prices felt way too high for basic furniture. A lot of it looked fine, just not “pay that much” fine. I kept trying to justify it and then suddenly I was like, nope, absolutely not. In the end, it just didn’t feel worth it to me.

"Order was right, but communication could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a few furniture pieces from cort.com, and to be fair, everything showed up exactly like I picked it. No missing items, no mix-ups, which was the main thing I cared about. The order itself was smooth, but I did get a little annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t very clear along the way. Still, the furniture was right, so overall it worked out.

"Good setup, thankfully not much work for me"
I ordered some furniture from cort.com and had them handle the assembly, because I really didn’t want to spend my day dragging boxes around and figuring out instructions. The crew showed up on time, brought everything in carefully, and put it all together without leaving a mess.
They asked where I wanted each piece before finishing up, and even fixed the table when it was a little wobbly. I still had to be around to point things out, which was a bit of a hassle, but compared to doing it myself, it was way easier. I’d use them again.

Cort was mostly fine overall, but I noticed a small charge on my bill that I wasn’t expecting. They did fix it after I called, but it took longer than it should have, and it left a bad taste. It wasn’t a huge amount or anything, but when billing isn’t clear, it makes you start second-guessing everything. Not the worst experience, but I definitely don’t trust the billing as much now.
